Mymillennia Content Removal and Appeal Policy

What is our policy:

  • Any person depicted in any Content can Request Content Removal.
  • Whether or not you are a User of Mymillennia, you can “Request Content Removal.”
  • Creators can appeal any Content removal from the Platform.
  • Any Content posted to the Platform that violates Mymillennia’s Terms of Service will be removed immediately. The associated Creator account may be suspended or terminated depending on the severity of the violation.
  • In the event of a disagreement regarding an appeal decision, merchants (Creators) must allow such disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section.

How to submit a request:

  1. Website

    1.1 Mymillennia Users can request for Content to be removed via the Platform.

    1.2 Navigate to the Content post you want to submit for removal.

    1.3 Click the “Report” button.

    1.4 Click reason for removal.

  2. Email

    2.1 Any person can submit a “Request for Content Removal” by emailing Mymillennia at compliance@ Mymillennia.com

    2.2 You will need to include your full legal name, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, and the post ID and/or Content URL for the Content you’re requesting be removed.

  3. Mail

    3.1 Any person can submit a “Request for Content Removal” by sending mail to our address:

    2. SACRAMENTO, CA 95825

    3.2 You will need to include your full legal name, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, and the post ID and/or Content URL for the Content you’re requesting be removed.

How we resolve your request:

  • Identity Verification

    1.1 Verification may be requested via Ondato

    1.2 48 hours to respond or the request is rejected

    1.3 Status: Completed (used for validation), Failed/Expired (rejected)

  • Depiction Confirmation

    2.1 Content Moderators will use the Identity Verification Photos to assess if the person requesting the removal is in fact the person depicted in the Content

    2.2. Depiction Confirmation Status - Match found (escalate to Creator), No match (rejected)

  • Establish Legal Consent

    3.1 Contact Creator for proof of consent

    3.2 If the person depicted in the Content is a Verified User and “approved” the Release Form from Mymillennia then legal consent is confirmed and the request is rejected

    3.3 If the Content Creator fails to respond with recorded proof of written consent within 48 hours then the request is approved and the Content is removed immediately

    3.4 If requester provides legal proof consent is void: content removed

How to submit an Appeal of Content Removal:

  • Email
    • Send to support@mymillennia.com with full legal name, address, phone, and post ID
  • Mail
    • Send to same Sacramento address with same detailsYou will need to include your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and the post ID for the Content that was removed, which will be written in the email you received notifying you of your Content’s removal.

How we resolve your Appeals:

  1. Moderators will review the original decision made
  2. If content was removed in error: restored, account reinstated
  3. If legal consent is unconfirmed: post remains removed
  4. If disagreement remains, dispute may be resolved by neutral body (see Dispute Resolution)

Dispute Resolution

  • Unresolved disputes may be submitted to JAMS for arbitration in Los Angeles, CA
  • Mymillennia covers arbitration costs
  • Legal actions subject to CA jurisdiction

Unjustified or abusive complaints:

  • Users must not submit complaints that are unjustified, abusive, or in bad faith
  • Breaches may result in account suspension or termination
