INTRODUCTION

Mymillennia prioritizes the safety of its users. Certain Content, language, terminology and topics are forbidden from use or depiction on the Platform.

Please read this Acceptable Use Policy carefully as it sets out important rules about what is and is not permitted with respect to all Content, language, terminology and topics on the Platform. We review all uploaded videos, images, text and services before they are published on the Platform to ensure that the Content is not illegal and does not otherwise violate the rules and guidelines set forth below or in any of our other policies. All Content is subject to removal if found in violation of this policy or if deemed inappropriate at our entire and sole discretion.

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our agreement with you with respect to your use of the Platform. Any terms defined in the TOS have the same meanings when used in this Acceptable Use Policy.

Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy will be considered a serious breach of our TOS. Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):

• immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Platform;

• immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Content;

• issuing of a warning to you;

• legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; or

• disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

The responses above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate. Users, whether Subscribers or Creators, who repeatedly or severely violate the following guidelines will be permanently banned from the Platform.

RULES OF ACCEPTABLE USE

You are required to comply with the following parameters, at all times, when using the Platform.

1. Do not use the Platform except for your own personal use and do not sell, rent, transfer or share your account or any Content obtained from your use of the Platform to or with anyone else for commercial purposes or otherwise.

2. Do not advertise Mymillennia, the Platform or any Content in any way whatsoever that may depict Mymillennia, the Platform or any Content as utilizing or promoting adult content illegally, including, but not limited to, selling sex, offering sex or promoting the selling and/or offering of sex.

3. Always expressly disclose that AI Generated Content that you upload or Publish is generated by an artificial intelligence tool.

4. Do not use the Platform in any way which may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any individual under 18 years old, for example by exposing them to inappropriate Content.

5. Only use the Platform in a manner and for a purpose that is lawful.

6. Do not do anything that violates our or someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (examples of which are copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, privacy, and data protection rights.

7. Do not impersonate us, one of our employees, another User, or any other person or company or falsely state or suggest any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship between you and us or you and/or us and any other person or company.

8. Do not involve or promote third party commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, or job posting or employment ads without our prior express consent. Any such content must be clearly marked as an advert and must not:

a. prejudice respect for human dignity;

b. include or promote discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;

c. encourage behavior prejudicial to health or safety;

d. encourage behavior grossly prejudicial to the protection of the environment;

e. cause physical, mental or moral detriment to persons under the age of 18;

f. directly exhort such persons to purchase or rent goods or services in a manner which exploits their inexperience or credulity;

g. directly encourage such persons to persuade their parents or others to purchase or rent goods or services;

h. exploit the trust of such persons in parents, teachers or others; or

i. unreasonably show such persons in dangerous situations.

9. Do not post or cause to be posted any Content which is spam, which has the intention or effect of artificially increasing any Creator's views or interactions, or which is otherwise inauthentic, repetitive, misleading or low quality.

10. Do not use other media or methods (for example the use of codewords or signals) to communicate anything which violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Do not reproduce, print, distribute, attempt to download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content, except as permitted under our TOS.

12. Do not:

1. knowingly introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material into Content which is or may be malicious or technologically harmful;

2. decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive the source code of the Platform;

3. exploit errors in design features which are not documented, and/or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available;

4. use any manual or automated program, tool or process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts) to access the Platform or any server, network or system associated with the Platform, or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest or gather Content or information from the Platform; or

5. use any manual or automated process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Platform or for any other unauthorized purpose, without our prior written consent.

13. Do not use any information obtained from or through the Platform to block or interfere with the display of any advertising on the Platform, or for the purpose of implementing, modifying or updating any software or filter lists that block or interfere with the display of any advertising on the Platform.

14. Do not use Mymillennia’s name, logo or any related or similar names, logos, product and service names, designs, or slogans other than in the limited ways which are expressly permitted in the TOS or with our prior written agreement.

15. Do not use the Platform in a way that could adversely affect our systems or security or interfere with any other User’s use of the Platform.

16. The following parameters, rules and guidelines shall be referred to collectively as the “Content Guidelines”. By using the Platform, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, create, upload, distribute, post or publish Content on the Platform that shows, promotes, advertises or refers to any of the following:

1. Child Abuse, including depicting any real or simulated underage material or roleplay, such as:

1. Content that features individuals that are underage or are implied to be underage, such as roleplay that suggests that the individuals involved are underage;

2. Content that is created, or is implied to be created in the presence of individuals who are underage or who are implied to be underage;

3. Content that otherwise includes any child pornography, child abuse, child exploitation and any other similar concepts as defined and prohibited under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you agree that all individuals must be verified (at least 18 years old and the age legal consent under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction) and have satisfied the appropriate Compliance Criteria.

b. Animal Abuse, including depicting (i) sexual intercourse with animals and/or (ii) cruelty, violence, or harm against animals.

2. Non-consensual Acts, including depicting:

1. real or simulated non-consensual sexual intercourse, forced sexual intercourse, molestation, or rape;

2. unsolicited sexual content or unsolicited language that sexually objectifies any other individual in a non-consensual way, or contains fake or manipulated sexual content in relation to any other individual (including "deepfakes");

3. the use or consumption of any type of chemical, liquid, or substance real or simulated to render someone unconscious, incapacitated, immobilized, intoxicated, paralyzed, sedated, or inebriated;

4. real or simulated kidnapping, capture, or abduction;

5. real or simulated non-consensual sexual intercourse with someone asleep, comatose, hypnotized, brainwashed, or mind controlled;

6. real or simulated sexual intercourse with a corpse;

7. real or simulated human trafficking, exploitation or smuggling; or

8. real or simulated asphyxiation, strangulation, or suffocation.

3. Illegal activities and regulated goods, such as:

1. The consumption of known, illegal drugs or substances;

2. Selling, trading or promoting regulated goods, including: (1) weapons or ammunition, (2) drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substance abuse, (3) electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarette refill containers, (4) prescription-only medicine, (5) live animals or animal parts, (6) weight loss products, and (7) cosmetic procedures; or

3. The depiction of real incest; or

4. in the case of Content featuring public nudity, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a country, State or province where public nudity is illegal.

4. Sexual Solicitation, including (i) selling or promoting escort services or prostitution, or (ii) requesting sexual favours.

5. Bullying, Abuse and Harassment, such as:

1. Unwanted romantic advances, or unwelcome sexual remarks;

2. Attacking or intimidating others;

3. Encouraging or promoting self-injury, including suicide and cutting;

4. Seriously threatening, harassing or humiliating a person under the age of 18; and

5. Menacing, harassing or otherwise being offensive to another person with the intention to cause serious harm.

6. Scams or fraud, which includes:

1. Deceiving others to obtain money or access private information;

2. Promoting the sale of illegal services or regulated goods;

3. Misleading or deceptive information about oneself, one's business, one's qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements;

4. Impersonating others with a fake account; and

5. Publishing Content with a hacked account, or unauthorized account takeover.

7. Intellectual property infringement, including (i) copyright infringement (DMCA Policy), (ii) trademark infringement, and (iii) defamation or the sharing of falsehoods about others that could harm their reputation.

8. Violence of any kind such as (i) threatening violence against any individual or group, (ii) depicting murder (or attempted murder), snuff, torture, abuse, mutilation, or lynching, and (iii) depicting real cannibalism

1. If you know someone that is in immediate physical danger, contact local law enforcement right away.

9. Dangerous groups and individuals who are (i) promoting dangerous terrorist, criminal, or hate groups, leaders, or individuals associated therewith, and/or (ii) depicting or encouraging terrorist acts, violent extremism or severe harm.

10. Suicide, self-injury or harm, including suicidal remarks or threatening to harm oneself

11. Bodily Fluids, including depicting (i) the consumption or real or simulated urine, (ii) real or simulated feces, and/or (iii) real blood.

12. Private information or publishing or threatening to expose an individual’s private information without their permission or with malicious intent.

1. As used in this Acceptable Use Policy, “Private information” includes home address, personal phone number, medical records, bank account information and other information reasonably considered to be private, and/or that might threaten the safety of the individual or their family.

13. Hateful Content, which has the effect of creating or promoting hatred, division, or discrimination against individuals or groups because of their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disability status, or of harassing or inciting violence against a person or group.

17. Mymillennia incorporates ASACP’s recommended “Best Practices” and utilizes their “Unacceptable Terms List” to combat Content that contains child exploitation materials or the depiction of nonconsensual activities. Below you will find a list of terms that are forbidden from use on the Platform (collectively, the “Forbidden Terms”) in any manner whatsoever, including in captions, display names, handles, Direct Messages, biographies, hashtags and search terms. We automatically review all text that is published to the Platform or sent through our systems to detect all attempts to circumvent the Forbidden Terms with alternative spellings or characters.
