Technical Questions

Some Users in certain countries, states, IP addresses, or Users may experience blocked access. If you see this message, you will not have access to create an account.

Account Security

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please login and attempt to change your password immediately. Make sure no one has access to the email account associated with your Mymillennia account, and change that password as well, if necessary. You can view your login sessions on the Account section of the Settings page. If you are unable to login to your account, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you still are unable to login and access your account, please contact us at support@mymillennia.com

Two step verification is recommended and encouraged to keep your Mymillennia account secure.

To enable two step verification:

  • Download either the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app to your smartphone from the app store

  • Log into your Mymillennia account and go to your "Account" Settings

  • Click the toggle near "Two step verification" on the security page

  • Follow the instructions to add the QR code or the Key provided to your Authenticator app. This will link the Authenticator app with your Mymillennia account.

  • Enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App into Mymillennia. Please note that a new code is generated every 30 seconds and each time you open the app, so be sure to use the most up-to-date code.

  • Once this is completed, you will only be able to login to your Mymillennia account using a code from your Authenticator App.

You may use either the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator apps, which can be downloaded to your smartphone from the app store using the links below.

Google Authenticator

  • iOS:

  • Android:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2

Microsoft Authenticator

  • Android:

Two step verification is always encouraged to help keep your account as secure as possible. However, there are some cases when two step verification is required.

  • If we see suspicious activity on your account, we may automatically apply two step verification to secure your account.

Common Solutions

- Disconnect from any VPN connections.

- Double check to make sure you are entering the most up-to-date code. The Authenticator app automatically generates a new 6-digit code 1) each time you open the app, and 2) every 30 seconds when the app is in use.

- Try uninstalling and reinstalling your Authenticator app. Be sure to turn off two step verification before uninstalling the app to avoid being locked out of your account, and then re-enable two step verification once the app is reinstalled and working correctly.

Using a desktop browser (i.e. Google Chrome), go to the "Privacy and safety" Settings of your OnlyFans account:

  • Click on the alternative verification options button to use the code from SMS (you should have a connected and verified phone number associated with your profile).

  • Turn off your two step verification.

  • Download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator to your new phone.

  • Enable two-factor authentication once again with your new phone.

General Questions

A verified email address will ensure that you receive important system notifications, be able to reset your password and receive updates about your account.

You can change your email notification preferences anytime by logging into your account, going to your Settings page, and adjust your notifications for your profile activity updates. For example, emails will be sent when a subscription is purchased, renewed, or expiring.

The search bar will only display creators. If you're unable to find a creator, then you're either mistyping their username, the profile page is inaccessible, or the user does not exist.

There is no Mymillennia app. The Mymillennia.com website works on desktops and mobile.
